Mazca Civil provides Traffic Management services, including TMP preparation, onsite TTM crews, council permit assistance, equipment hire, and related support.
By using our services, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation engaging us.

2. Service Provision

  • All services are delivered based on the information provided by the client.
  • Project timelines may vary depending on weather, site conditions, council processing time, and third-party requirements.
  • Mazca Civil reserves the right to decline services where safety or compliance cannot be ensured.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing may change if project scope, duration, or requirements change.
  • Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
  • Mazca Civil offers competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate project details, plans, and site information.
  • Ensure safe access for our staff and equipment.
  • Obtain required consents unless Mazca Civil is contracted to manage them.
  • Follow instructions provided by our Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS).
  • Notify us of any project changes as early as possible.

Failure to provide accurate and timely information may affect service delivery and may incur additional charges.

5. Council Permits & Approvals

  • Mazca Civil prepares TMPs for council submission, but approval is subject to council discretion.
  • Council fees are not included in our pricing unless clearly specified.
  • Delays caused by third-party authorities are not the responsibility of Mazca Civil.

6. Booking, Cancellations & Changes

  • Bookings must be made in advance to ensure availability.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur charges.
  • Changes to scope, timing, or location must be communicated promptly.

Mazca Civil reserves the right to charge for time already invested, including planning, drafting, and resource allocation.

7. Health & Safety

  • Safety is a core priority for Mazca Civil.
  • All activities follow NZGTTM, CoPTTM, and WorkSafe NZ guidelines.
  • Clients must ensure the site environment is safe for our team to operate.
  • Mazca Civil may stop work if conditions pose a risk to staff or public safety.

8. Equipment & Property

  • All traffic management equipment remains the property of Mazca Civil.
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in replacement or repair charges.
  • Equipment must only be handled by authorised personnel.

9. Liability

Mazca Civil is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, third-party providers, councils, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

10. Invoicing & Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued upon completion or as per agreed schedule.
  • Payment terms are 7 or 14 days (depending on agreement).
  • Late payments may incur interest or administrative charges.
  • Work may be paused until overdue invoices are settled.

11. Confidentiality

Mazca Civil respects client confidentiality.
All documents, plans, and project information remain private and will not be shared without consent, except where legally required.

12. Website Use

By using our website:

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to breach the site’s security.
  • Content, images, and material on the website remain the property of Mazca Civil.
  • Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

13. Amendments

Mazca Civil reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
